We are experiencing tough moments of uncertainty. We are challenged in unprecedented ways and our lives are changing at a supersonic speed. To keep our life in balance, we need „anchors” that can be acquired through exercise.

You may notice that you are frozen and unable to move forward. Maybe on the contrary, you are overwhelmed by the myriad of actions you do: work, movies, phones, news and you fail to catch your breath. Or maybe you are struggling with many thoughts, with the new reality that is emerging.

Mindfulness invites us to redirect the energy from flight /avoidance – denial, freeze / freeze or fight / struggle to observation with kindness and self-compassion. We learn to embrace what is. Thus, we can act from a place of Presence, from a place of unbiased tension and clarity, with more safety and strength. We can step into the unknown with curiosity instead of fear, maybe even with confidence in what we can build together with others in the future.

Our online sessions are LIVE because interaction and connection are of most importance for us.


What do we offer you?

We offer two types of events: virtual gathering /sharing circle (one and a half hours) and webinar (one hour).

Virtual gathering/sharing circle: Experience. Connection. Inspiration.

By embracing active listening and aware communication, the gathering provides a space for everyone to share experiences, listen and find ways to move forward in these uncommon times.

Webinar: Information. Practice. Connection.

We offer theoretical elements, practical exercises and the possibility to interact for sharing the impact of the exercises and ask questions.

How much does it cost ?

Sharing Circle: 80 lei /session, 3 Sessions: 200 lei

Webinar: 50 lei/session, 3 sessions: 120 lei


About the facilitators

Valérie Cioloș-Villemin is coach and an authorized trainer of the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR®), being certified by the Center for Mindfulness of the University of Massachusetts (UMASS Medical School), the institution where this method was founded and recognized worldwide and used successfully in medicine, education or business.

Valérie has three university degrees in life sciences, social-economic development and economy, and a PhD on the restructuring of transition economies.

Valérie has been using regularly the techniques she teaches in her personal life for 20 years, both for reasons of mental hygiene and for her duty as a trainer to the participants in her workshops.

Currently Valérie is pursuing her training in order to become UMass MBSR® Certified Trainer, the ultimate training step to offer the best quality of a genuine MBSR® teaching.

Daniela Pavlovici is coach (Associate Certified Coach-International Coach Federation), facilitator, trainer of trainers, and consultant. She is involved in projects of teams management, branding (personal and organizational), organizational and transformation development.

Among the tools she works with are: solution focused coaching, u.lab and Art of Hosting, Design Thinking and MBSR® type Mindfulness. She is undergoing formation courses at Oxford Mindfulness Center, Oxford University, to become an MBCT® (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy) trainer.

Previously, she worked for over 18 years in communication, marketing, consulting and training, in multinational companies, international and non-governmental organizations from Romania and abroad, among which PwC, UNDP and the Red Cross. In these contexts she delivered training in the field of managerial and marketing skills development.

On a personal level, Daniela strongly believes in the importance of freedom and fulfilment of all the opportunities life offers. These beliefs guide her in creating space for clients to focus on what they really want from their lives, to live fully, with presence and compassion for themselves and others.
